2020年12月11日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例2例（東寧市1例、綏芬河市の現地患者1例）が新たに増えた。当日新たに増えた無症状感染者は3例（綏芬河市の本土症例2例、輸入症例1例）。
無症状感染者１： 綏芬河市の14歳男子中学生。 綏芬河市花園路鉄路機関区総合ビル在住。 12月11日、綏芬河市が確診症例の濃厚接触者のPCR検査を実施した際には陰性だったが、専門家が無症状感染者と診断。 彼は既に定点医療機構に送られて隔離観察中だ。
無症状感染者２： 綏芬河市高速路通関地貿易区荷役作業員の32歳男性。 現有確診患者の同僚で、綏芬河市海融富華苑在住。 12月11日、綏芬河市が確診症例の濃厚接触者のPCR検査を実施した際には陰性だったが、専門家が無症状感染者と診断。 彼は既に定点医療機構に送られて隔離観察中だ。
輸入無症状感染者： 52歳男性。 ロシア コリマ金鉱山の溶接工。 大興安嶺地区塔河県在住。 11月25日、エカテリンブルク（ロシア）からU63763便で西安に戻り、12月09日に西安で隔離解除された（隔離期間中は部屋からは出ず、五度のPCR検査で陰性であった）。 夕方、中国南方航空CZ6224便に乗り、12月10日早朝にハルピン市太平空港に到着。 空港から市内までは「ハルピン駅エクスプレス線」空港バスに直接乗りハルピン駅到着の後、ハルピン駅前賓館に投宿していた。同日、K7039次列車に乗車し、12月11日午前に塔河県駅に到着、地元防疫スタッフにより定点ホテルに移送され集中隔離された。帰路は意識的に保護対策をとっていた。 12月11日、現地医療機構による二度のPCR検査で陽性反応が得られ、専門家が無症状感染者と診断、患者は既に定点医療気候に送られて隔離観察を受けている。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 11, 2020, there were no newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province. There are currently 2 confirmed cases in the local area (1 in Dongning City and 1 in Suifenhe City). There were 3 new cases of asymptomatic infection on the same day (2 cases in Suifenhe City, 1 case imported from abroad).
Asymptomatic infected case 1: Male, 14 years old, a middle school student in Suifenhe City, who lives in the Comprehensive Building of the Railway Locomotive Depot on Huayuan Road, Suifenhe City. He is a close contact of the existing confirmed cases. On December 11, Suifenhe City tested positive during the nucleic acid screening of close contacts of diagnosed cases. Experts diagnosed him as an asymptomatic infected case and has transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation and observation.
Asymptomatic infected case 2: Male, 32 years old, a loading and unloading worker in Suifenhe City Highway Port Interchange Zone, a colleague of the existing confirmed cases, and his home in Hairongfuhuayuan, Suifenhe City. On December 11, Suifenhe City tested positive during the nucleic acid screening of close contacts of diagnosed cases. Experts diagnosed him as an asymptomatic infected case and has transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation and observation.
Imported asymptomatic infection from abroad:
male, 52 years old, working as an electric welder at the Kolby gold mine in Russia, and living in Tahe County, Daxing’an Mountains. On November 25th, he took flight U63763 from Yekaterinburg, Russia, and returned to Xi’an. On December 9th, he was lifted from quarantine in Xi’an (have not got out of the room during the quarantine period, and five nucleic acid tests were negative).
In the evening, take China Southern Airlines flight CZ6224 and arrived at Harbin Taiping Airport in the early morning of December 10, and directly took the “Harbin Railway Station Express” airport bus from the airport to the city to arrive at Harbin Railway Station and checked into Harbin Zhanqian Hotel.
