2020年12月17日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たな新型コロナウィルス肺炎の患者情報は出てこなかった。
2020年12月17日24時までの時点では、現有確診症例11例（東寧市の現地患者2例、綏芬河市の現地患者8例、塔河県の輸入患者1例）、現有疑似症例1例（東寧市の本土症例）、現有無症状感染者5例（綏芬河市現地患者5例）となっている。
