宮本注 ： 新疆地域での 患者数が 急増しているため 7月 23日より、 新疆ウィグル自治区の 人民政府が発表した 感染情報 （7月15日 発表分以後の情報）を チェックしなおして みました。 これは、 その 第3弾です。
新疆ウィグル自治区 衛生健康委員会は、 2020年07月16日0時～17日12時（宮本注： 集計時間が12時とされていますが、発表の対象時刻は、36時間分の数値になっていることに注意が必要）の間に、新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）では、新たに確診患者5例、無症状感染者8例が報告され、全てがウルムチ市の患者であるとの最新情報を発した。 新たな 確診患者と 無症状感染者は、全て集中的に 医学観察を受けている。。
2020年07月17日12時までの時点で、新疆 （生産建設兵団を 含む）には、現有確診症例 6例、 現有無症状感染者11例全てがウルムチ市にいるが、 135名が医学観察を受けている。

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Yugur Autonomous Region Government. This is the third one.
The latest bulletin from the Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, from 0:00 on July 16, 2020 to 12:00 on the 17, 2020, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (including the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) reported 5 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia and 8 cases of asymptomatic infection, all the cases were found in Urumqi. The newly confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections are all personnel receiving intensive medical observation.
As of 12:00 on July 17, Xinjiang (including the Corps) has 6 diagnosed cases and 11 cases of asymptomatic infections,
