新疆ウィグル自治区衛生健康委員会は、2020年07月27日0時 ～ 24時の間に、新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）で、 新規確診症例57例 （うち、無症状感染者から確診症例に転じたものは18例）で全員がウルムチの患者； 新増無症状感染者は13例、うち11例はウルムチ市、2例は昌吉州（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）； 危篤から重症に転じたもの1例、重症から普通型に転じたもの4例になると報告した （宮本注： またもや発表のフォーマットが変更されました。 ウルムチは相当混乱しているようです）

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government. This is the fifteenth one.
From 0:00 to 24:00, July 27, 2020, Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced that Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 57 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (including 18 asymptomatic patients who were converted to the diagnosed cases) of which all of them are in Urumqi; 13 new asymptomatic patients of which 11 are in Urumqi, 2 are in Changji autonomous Prefecture (imported from Urumqi); 1 critical case was converted to the serious case, 4 severe cases were converted to normal type.
As of 24:00 on July 27, there are currently 235 diagnosed cases (3 critical cases, 13 severe cases), including 233 in Urumqi, 1 in Kashgar (imported cases in Urumqi), and 1 in the Production and Construction Corps in Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps); Current total of 165 Asymptomatic Patients, of which 162 are in Urumqi, 1 in Production and Construction Corps, 2 in Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi); there are still 8,809
