新華社ネット南昌5月7日電 （記者 高皓亮） 江西省衛生庁は、5月7日、同省で新たに1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が出たと発表した。
79歳女性の劉さんは、江西省南昌県の農民 (FT#132)。
患者は家で鶏や鴨等の家禽を放し飼いにしていた。
5月03日午前、めまいと発熱、脱力感などの症状を訴えて村の衛生室にて診療を受け、
5月03日夜に、ある企業の医院に入院して治療を受ける、
5月06日、南昌市の某医院に転院して入院治療、
5月07日、患者の検体を江西省CDCにて検査の結果、ヒト感染H7N9鳥とインフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性となった。
江西省衛生庁の専門家グループが患者の臨床症状や実験室での検査結果及び疫学調査データから当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと診断した。
患者は、現在安定しており、現在病院にて治療を受けている。
調査の結果、患者の濃密接触者は11名で、既に医学観察措置が取られており、これまでに異常はみられ

江西省卫生厅５月７日通报，江西省新增１例人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感确诊病例。
患者 (FT#132) 刘某，女，７９岁，农民，南昌县人，家中散养鸡鸭等家禽。５月３日上午出现头晕、发热、乏力等症状到村卫生室就诊，５月３日晚上转某企业医院住院治疗，５月６日转南昌市某医院住院治疗，５月７日，患者标本经江西省疾病预防控制中心检测Ｈ７Ｎ９病毒核酸阳性。江西省卫生厅专家组依据患者临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果等，诊断该患者为人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感确诊病例。目前，患者病情尚稳定，正在医院住院治疗。
经调查，该患者密切接触者１１人，现已采取医学观察措施，未发现异常情况。
