衛生署衛生防護センターは本日（12月6日）香港で新たにヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確定診断された80歳男性の事案調査に入った。
患者 (FT#144) は、深圳居住者で、長期の疾患を抱えていたが、11月13日から29日にかけて香港に戻り、当地の病院にその慢性疾患治療の為に入院していた。
彼は、12月3日、家族3人に伴われて深圳湾の港から屯門医院急症室に来院、同日その慢性疾患治療のために入院することに。
患者には入院時には発熱が見られなかったが、今朝になって熱が出だし、病院側はすぐに彼を隔離した。 彼の咽頭スワブサンプルを衛生防護センター（CHP）で公衆衛生化学検査をしたところ、本日A型インフルエンザ（H7N9）ウィルス陽性反応の確証が得られた。
患者は、プリンセスマーガレット病院に転送され隔離治療中だが、現在、症状は安定している。
CHPの予備調査では、患者の入院に帯同した或いは患者を見舞った彼の家人たちからは今のところ症状は出ていない。
CHPスポークスマンは、「政府は『インフルエンザアウトブレイク対応プラン』下のレベル別緊急対応を既に発動しており、同センターの疫学調査とフォローアップに全力で努めている」と語った。

CHP investigates HK’s second case of H7N9 avian influenza

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health is today (December 6) monitoring a notification from the National Health and Family Planning Commission that an additional human case of avian influenza A(H7N9) was recorded from September 8 to 14 in Liaoning, and strongly urged the public to maintain strict personal, food and environmental hygiene both locally and during travel.
The Center for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) today (December 6) is investigating the second case of human infection with influenza A (H7N9) in Hong Kong;
the case (FT#144) is:
Age: 80 years old
Gender: Male
Current Domicile: Shenzhen city
Clinical History: Having long-term illness
Date of Admission: November 13 to 29, 2013, but this is for treating his chronic disease
On December 3, he arrived in Hong Kong with his three family members via Shenzhen Bay Port Border Control Point (SBP BCP) and subsequently took a taxi there in the afternoon to the Accident and Emergency Department (AED) of Tuen Mun Hospital (TMH) where he was admitted for further management of his chronic illness on the same day.
The patient had no fever upon admission. However, he developed fever this morning and was put under isolation immediately. His nasopharyngeal swab was tested positive for the avian influenza A(H7N9) virus upon laboratory testing by the Public Health Laboratory Services Branch of the CHP today.
The patient will be transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital for isolation. His current condition is stable.
Initial investigation by the CHP revealed that his family members who had either accompanied him to or visited him in TMH have remained asymptomatic.
“The Serious Response Level under the Government’s Preparedness Plan for Influenza Pandemic has been activated while the CHP’s epidemiological investigation and follow-up actions are currently in full swing,” a CHP spokesman remarked.

卫生署卫生防护中心今日（十二月六日）正调查香港另一宗确诊人类感染甲型禽流感（H7N9）个案 (FT#144)， 涉及一名八十岁男子。
该名病人居于深圳，本身有长期病患，曾于十一月十三日至二十九日入住当地一间医院治疗其慢性疾病。
他于十二月三日由三名家人陪同，经深圳湾口岸到港，并于下午在口岸乘的士前往屯门医院急症室，同日入院治疗其慢性疾病。
病人入院时没有发烧，但于今早出现发烧，院方即时将他隔离。他的鼻咽拭子样本经卫生防护中心公共卫生化验服务处化验后，今日证实对甲型禽流感（H7N9）病毒呈阳性反应。
病人将会转送玛嘉烈医院接受隔离治疗，他目前情况稳定。
卫生防护中心初步调查显示，曾陪同病人入院或探访他的家人至今没有出现病征。
卫生防护中心发言人表示：「政府『流感大流行应变计划』下的严重应变级别已经启动，卫生防护中心的流行病学调查及跟进工作正全速进行。」
发言人呼吁，曾于十二月三日下午约二时十五分在深圳湾口岸接载该名乘坐轮椅的男病人，以及他的一男两女共三名家人，并于下午约二时五十分到达屯门医院急症室的该名的士司机，立即致电卫生防护中心热线（2125 1111）
