2023年8月 （2023年8月01日00：00 ～ 8月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は735,782例（前月は962,794例； 227,012人減に転）、死亡者数は2,400例（前月は2,244例； 156人増に転）であった。
宮本注： 昨29日に日チェックしたときにはなかったのですが、ありませんでした。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、コレラで発症8例、ペストで4発症 計8例、ペストで1例が死亡。
B（乙）類伝染病では、新型コロナウイルス感染症以外、発症335,001例 （前月は313,974例： 21,027人増）、死亡2,398例（前月は2,244例： 154人増に転）が報告されている。うち、SARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病およびブルセラ症（5か月連続で前月と同種同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93.6%を占めていた。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は400,769例（前月は648,816例なので248,047人減に転）、死亡は0例（前月は1例で1人減に転）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、手足口病、その他感染性下痢とインフルエンザであり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の94.7％を占めていた。

In August 2023 (0:00 on August 1, 2023 to 24:00 on August 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 735,782 cases and 2,400 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, 12 cases of were reported, including 8 cases of cholera and 4 cases of plague; 1 plague case’s death was reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 335,001 cases and 2,398 deaths were reported except for the novel coronavirus infection. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza; The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and Brucellosis; these five diseases account for 93.6% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious

2023年8月（8月1日0时至8月31日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病735782例，死亡2400人。
甲类传染病报告发病12例，包括霍乱8例、鼠疫4例；报告死亡1人，为鼠疫病例死亡。
乙类传染病中，除新型冠状病毒感染外，共报告发病335001例，死亡2398人，其中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位
