2018年度全国法定伝染病概況

2018年（2018年01月01日00：00～12月31日24：00）の、全国（香港マカオ台湾含まず）の法定伝染患者は7,770,749名（前年比739,870人増）、死亡者は23,377名（3,581人増）であり、発症率は10万人あたり559.41人（49.87人増）、死亡率は10万人あたり1.68人（0.25人増）であった。
宮本注：
① 実際の統計発表は4月24日ではなく4月25日午後 （25日午前中には公開されていませんでしたので、衛生健康委が故意にバックデートしたものと思われます）
② 昨年の「2017年度全校法定伝染病概況」は、衛生計生委時代の2月26日に発表。
③ 衛生健康委員会になってからは毎月の報告も一週間近く遅くなり、年報に至っては2か月も遅くなっています。

い）月報累計との差：
甲類：差なし（完全合致）
乙類：各月発表数値累計から昨年と同レベルながら、『60万1千人(昨年の54万人より大規模‼！)が減少』している（患者が消えた）！： 主な内訳（①結核▲287,317、②ウィルス性肝炎▲260,946、③梅毒▲40,788、④ブルセラ症▲2,381、⑤淋病▲2,273）
丙類：50,519人減少：11種類中10種類（フィラリア症は前年もゼロのため変化なし）で患者消去‼ 主な減少の内訳（①手足口▲22,628、②その他感染性下痢症▲20,630、③インフルエンザ▲3,105、④おたふくかぜ▲2,422、⑤エキノコッカス症▲679）。
結核で約29万人、肝炎で26万人がいなかったことにされているのは例年と同様、さらに丙類での手足口病で2.2万人、その他感染性下痢症で2.1万人が削除されており、これが、乙類、丙類それぞれの年間合計との差となっているといっても過言ではありません。
なぜ、月報の累計と年度報告の間でこの差が出るのかについては、衛生当局は何らの説明もしていません。
2018年の全国法定伝染病の類別統計：
A（甲）類伝染病では、ペストで発症0例、死亡0例だったが、コレラで28例の発症報告があり、報告発症率は10万人あたり0020人となっており、2017年より14例増加している。
B（乙）類伝染病では、SARSやポリオ、ジフテリア、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアでの発症・死亡報告がなかった以外、その他で発症者3,063,021例、死亡者23,174例が報告されている；発症率については10万人あたり220.51であり、昨年より0.70%下降しているが；死亡率は1.67となり、昨年より17.20%上昇している。うち、エイズの死亡報告数は2017年と比して23％％上昇しているが、主に、HIV感染、

In 2018 (from 0:00 on January 1, 2018 to 24:00 on December 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 7770749 cases of legal infectious diseases and 23,377 deaths. The incidence rate was 559.41/100,000 and the reported mortality rate was 1.68/100,000.
According to the category of legal infectious diseases in the country in 2018:
First, there was no report of plague death in Class A infectious diseases, and cholera reported 28 cases with no death. The reported incidence rate was 0.0020/100,000, an increase of 14 cases compared with 2017.
Second, in addition to infectious atypical pneumonia, poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, and diphtheria-free morbidity and death reports, other reported infectious diseases were 30,630,321 cases and 23,174 deaths. The reported incidence rate was 220.51. 100,000, the reported mortality rate is 1.67/100,000, which is 0.70% lower than the reported rate in 2017, and the reported death rate is 17.20%. The number of reported AIDS deaths is 23% higher than that in 2017, mainly due to the transformation of some infected people. For AIDS patients, which caused other basic diseases to lead to death and some newly discovered infections and patients found late, no treatment has died. The top 5 diseases reported were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, bacterial and amoebic dysentery, accounting for 92.15% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases; the top 5 reported deaths The diseases were AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, rabies and Japanese encephalitis, accounting for 99.27% of the total number of reported deaths from Class B infectious diseases.
Third, in addition to the incidence of filariasis and death reports of Class C infectious diseases, 4,707,700 cases were reported, and 203 people died. The reported incidence rate was 338.90/100,000, and the reported mortality rate was 0.015/100,000. 2018年全国法定传染病按类别统计：
一是甲类传染病中鼠疫无发病死亡报告，霍乱报告发病28例，无死亡，报告发病率为0.0020/10万，较2017年增加14例病例。
二是乙类传染病除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病、死亡报告外，其他共报告发病3063021例，死亡23174人，报告发病率为220.51/10万，报告死亡率为1.67/10万，较2017年报告发病率下降0.70%，报告死亡率上升17.20％，其中艾滋病报告死亡病例数较2017年上升23%，主要是由于部分感染者转变为艾滋病病人进而引起其他基础性疾病导致死亡以及部分新发现的感染者和病人发现晚，未进行治疗已死亡。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的92.15%；报告死亡数居前5位的病种依次为艾滋病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎、狂犬病和乙型脑炎，占乙类传染病报告死亡总数的99.27%。
