疾病管理省は本日（4月30日）、「国内の腸病毒は流行期にあり、流行は増加し続けており、腸病毒は感染力が強く、大人も子供も感染リスクに晒されるが、ウイルスに感染した成人のほとんどは、明らかな症状を示さないか、風邪様の症状のみを呈する。家庭内での一時的な放置により、乳幼児に感染しやすいため、民衆は個人の衛生習慣に注意を払わねばならない。腸病毒は、家庭や混雑した場所で最
も容易に感染するため、流行の期間中は、幼幼児を雑踏などに連れて行かないように注意し、外出からの帰宅後は、子供を抱擁したり食事を与えたりする前には大人も子供も正確に手をあらい、乳幼児が腸病毒に感染する機会を低減せねばならない」と発表した。

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention stated today (April 30) that enterovirus in Taiwan is in the epidemic period, and the epidemic situation continues to rise, enterovirus is highly contagious, and both adults and children are at risk of infection, however, most adults infected with enterovirus have no obvious symptoms or only have cold-like symptoms. It is easy to cause infection in infants and young children at home due to temporary neglect. the public is reminded to pay attention to personal hygiene habits. Enterovirus is most easily spread in families and crowded places, during the epidemic, try to avoid bringing infants and young children to crowded public places, after returning home from an outing, adults and children must wash their hands properly before hugging or feeding infants and young children to reduce the chance of infants and young children being infected with enterovirus.

疾病管制署今(30)日表示，國內腸病毒處於流行期，且疫情持續上升，腸病毒的傳染力強，無論成人、小孩都有感染風險，但大多數成人感染腸病毒後症狀不明顯或僅有類似感冒症狀，容易因一時忽略而造成家中嬰幼兒感染，提醒民眾應注意個人衛生習慣。腸病毒在家庭及人口密集之場所最容易傳播，疫情流行期間，儘量減少攜帶嬰幼兒至人潮擁擠之公共場所，出外回家後，在摟抱、餵食嬰幼兒前，大人及小孩務必正確洗手，以降低嬰幼兒感染腸病毒的機會。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，目前國內處腸病毒流行期，上週(4月21日至4月27日)門急診就診計13,929人次，
