台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日11月02日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は33,184例（うち本土症例33,116例、輸入症例68例）；更に、確診症例中、53例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例33,116例は、5歳未満から90代の男性15,258例、女性17,840例、性別調査中18例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（5,882例）、台中市（4,613例）、高雄市（4,205例）、桃園市（3,438例）、台南市（2,937例）、台北市（2,864例）、彰化県（1,646例）、屏東県（1,082例）、新竹県（816例）、雲林県（739例）、新竹市（736例）、苗栗県（714例）、嘉義県（657例）、南投県（616例）、宜蘭県（527例）、基隆市（476例）、嘉義市（389例）、花蓮県（332例）、台東県（164例）、金門県（106例）、澎湖県（67例）、連江県（10例）となる」としている。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例は、本土症例53例で、30代から90代以上の男性32人、女性21人となる。全員が重症患者であり、50例に慢性疾患が有り、35例は三回のワクチン未完了（66％）

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Nov. 02) that there were 33,184 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 33,116 local and 68 imported cases; further, there were 53 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 33116 local cases today are 15258 males and 17840 females, (18 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (5882 cases), Taichung City (4613 cases), Kaohsiung City (4205 cases), Taoyuan City (2937 cases), Tainan City (2937 cases), Taipei City (2864 cases), Changhua County (1646 cases), Pingtung County (1082 cases), Hsinchu County (816 cases), Yunlin County (739 cases), Hsinchu City (736 cases), Miaoli County (714 cases), Chiayi County (657 cases), Nantou County (616 cases), Yilan County (527 cases), Keelung City (476 cases), Chiayi City (389 cases), Hualien County (332 cases), Taitung County (164 cases), Jinmen County (106 cases), Penghu County (67 cases), Lianjiang County (10 cases).
