指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例80835例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性38139例、女性42641例、性別調査中55!!例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（16001例）、高雄市（9641例）、台中市（9031例）、桃園市（8999例）、台北市（7998例）、台南市（6666例）、彰化県（3597例）、屏東県（2648例）、新竹県（2509例）、苗栗県（2024例）、宜蘭県（1870例）、新竹市（1759例）、雲林県（1466例）、基隆市（1433例）、花蓮県（1326例）、嘉義県（1014例）、南投県（997例）、台東県（774例）、嘉義市（585例）、金門県（203例）、澎湖県（200例）、および連江県（94例）、関連の調査が進行中である」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (May 28) that there were 80,881 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 80,835 local and 46 imported cases (28 were positive for flight landing tests); further, there were 127 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 80835 local cases today are 38139 males and 42641 females, (55 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s. The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (16001 cases), Kaohsiung City (9641 cases), Taichung City (9031 cases), Taoyuan City (8999 cases), Taipei City (7998 cases), Tainan City (6666 cases), Changhua County (3597 cases), Pingtung County (2648 cases), Hsinchu County (2509 cases), Miaoli County (2024 cases), Yilan County (1870 cases), Hsinchu City (1759 cases), Yunlin County (1466 cases), Keelung City (1433 cases), Hualien County (1326 cases), Chiayi County (1014 cases), Nantou County (997 cases), Taitung County (774 cases), Chiayi City (585 cases), Jinmen County (203 cases), Penghu County (200 cases), Lianjiang County (94 cases).
