2020年12月19日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例はゼロであったが、 新たに無症状感染者3例が綏芬河市で見つかった。
無症状感染者１： 50歳男性。 無職。 綏芬河市錦繍城小区在住。 確診症例楊XXさんの濃厚接触者。

Asymptomatic infection 1: Male, 50 years old, unemployed, currently living in Jinxiucheng Community, Suifenhe City, and a close contact of the confirmed case Yang XX.
Asymptomatic infection 2: Female, 57 years old, unemployed, currently living in Jinxiucheng Community, Suifenhe City, and a close contact of the confirmed case Yang XX.
