上海市衛生計画生育委員会発表によれば、 本日 （4月19日） 17：00時までに、 上海市では新たに1名がヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診された。
これまでに、上 海市では32名が感染、 11名が死亡し、 16名が隔離治療中、 5名は回復し退院している。
新たに増えた1名の患者 （FT#86）は以下の通り：
80歳 女性の 馬さん。
4月9日に発熱と咳、 頭痛、 喘ぎ等の症状があらわれ、 曙光医院東医院にて診察を受ける。
4月17日、 市のCDCでの検査の結果、 H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性となった。 市衛生計生委が市級臨床専門家を組織して検討し、 当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診した。
患者は現在安定しており、 積極的な治療を受けている。
調査の結果、 患者の濃密接触者は7名で、 既に医学観察が実施されているがこれまでに異常はみられて

新增的1例病例情况如下： 患者马某， 女， 80岁。 患者4月9日出现发热， 伴咳嗽、 头痛、 气喘等症状， 前往曙光医院东院就诊； 4月16日 被诊断为重症肺炎， 收治入院。 4月17日， 经市疾病预防控制中心检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。 市卫生计生委组织市级临床专家组对该病例进行会诊， 诊断该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。 患者目前病情稳定， 正在积极治疗中。 经调查， 该病例的密切接触者共有7人，
