19日11时许，H7N9禽流感患者贾女士在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院治愈出院。她是浙江省首例出院患者，也是全国出院患者中为数不多的重症出院患者。至此，浙江省共发现30例人感染H7N9禽流感患者，其中2例经医治无效死亡，1例治愈出院。
19日中午出院的贾女士是浙江省第4例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。治疗小组负责人、中国工程院院士李兰娟回忆，刚入院的时候，患者发烧3天，反复咳嗽，痰里还有血，脸色苍白，不能平卧，还呼吸急促，血压偏低。在氧袋面罩高流量吸氧的情况下，血氧饱和度也只能勉强维持在90%左右。
入院后，治疗小组采用“四抗二平衡”方案对患者进行救治，效果明显。很快H7N9禽流感病病毒核酸转阴，并被转出传染病负压病房继续接受综合治疗。现在，贾女士胸闷气急症状明显缓解，氧合状况明显改善，咳嗽咳痰减轻，痰中带血症状消失。脱离任何辅助吸氧措施后，氧饱和度仍能维持在正常水平，其他各项生命体征也恢复正常状态。达到康复出院标准。
另外3例新增病例均来自曾在活禽体内或外环境中检出H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性的地区杭州和湖州。其中
