2017年04月11日、 永州市道県人民医院が道県万家庄街道弁事処71社区（宮本注： 社区は、コミュニティのこと）でH7N9鳥インフルエンザの確診患者が出たとの報告をした。 患者は、2017年04月05日に発熱（体温は39℃に達した）、全身の倦怠感、不快感、筋肉痛などの症状が現れ、04月06～07日、現地の医療単位を受診、04月08～09日に道県人民医院の救急外来を受診、04月10日に入院治療に入った。

Dao County Found a New Case of H7N9 Avian Flu: Yongzhou City
Dao County People’s Hospital reported the county diagnosed a case of H7N9 avian flu at the 71st Community at Wanjiachuang street of Dao County on Apr. 11, 2017.
Onset was on Apr. 5, 2017 with fever (body temperature reached 39℃), malaise, anorexia, muscle soreness and other symptoms. He went to Dao County People’s Hospital (Emergency department) and was hospitalized there on Apr. 10, 2017. The patient has almost 20 poultry(s) of chicken/duck. Almost 10 days before, chicken(s) and duck(s) died of illness, therefore, the patient has an exposure(s) to the live birds.

2017年4月11日， 道县人民医院 报告 我县 万家庄街道办事处七一社区 一例 H7N9 禽流感 确诊病例。
该患者 于2017年4月5日 出现发热（体温达39℃）、 全身乏力、 纳差、 肌肉酸痛 等症状， 曾于4月6-7日 到 当地医疗单位治疗， 于 4月8-9日到 道县人民医院急诊科 就诊，于4月10日收治入院。病人家中饲养有鸡、鸭20余只，10余天前出现鸡、鸭死亡现象，患者与病死家禽有密切接触史。
