新京报讯 昨日，北京新确诊为人感染H7N9禽流感病例的61岁女患者 (FT#135) 张某，已出现多器官功能衰竭。此前，该患者曾在河北廊坊辗转两所医院就医，但均未确诊，后被当地120送往北京朝阳医院。
目前，河北、北京两地疾控部门已发现并监测了30名密切接触者，咽拭子检测均为阴性(其中两名密切接触者因晚期癌症死亡)。
患者被确诊为H7N9重症病例
昨日，朝阳医院副院长、呼吸科专家童朝晖称，患者的病情较前日进一步加重。据了解，张某已被北京市级专家组确诊为H7N9重症病例。此外，还有病毒性肺炎，急性呼吸窘迫综合征，感染中毒性休克，急性肾功能衰竭，弥散性血管内凝血。
童朝晖表示，入院后，患者已经第一时间服用了抗病毒药。根据病情的需要，为患者进行了气管插管，给予呼吸机辅助通气治疗；随着病情的进展，又使用了ECMO(体外氧合技术)，也就是“人工肺”。
