衛生計生委は 12月12日に 11月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布
2017年11月（2017年11月01日 00：00 ～ 11月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾 香港 マカオは 含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は577,247例 （宮本注： 前月は 646,871例で 69,624人減）、死亡者数は 1,958名 （前月は 1,638例； 320人増）であった。
うち、
A （甲） 類 伝染病では、 ペスト、 コレラ ともに 発症 ・ 死亡 ゼロ、 であった。
B （乙） 類 伝染病は SARS、 ジフテリア、 ポリオ 及び ヒト感染 高病原性 鳥インフルエンザで 発症 ・ 死亡なし 以外、 残22種に ついては、 発症 299,615例 （前月は 273,020例： 26,595人増に転）、 死亡 1,951例 （前月は 1,634例： 317人増に転）が 報告されている。
同期、
C（丙） 類 伝染病では、 フィラリア症では 発症 ・ 死亡ともに ゼロ だったが、 その他 10種の 伝染病では、 発症数は 277,632例 （前月は 373,851例で 96,219増）、 死亡は 7例 （前月は 4例で 3人増に転） であった。

The National Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC) notified of China’s monthly Statutory Infectious Disease Report for November 2017

China National HFPC announced November’s infectious disease report on Dec. 12, 2017, where as for H7N9 avian flu, no diagnosed cases, and no death case were reported.
In November 2017 (0:00 on 1 November 2017 and until 24:00 on 30 November), a total of 577,247 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, and the same below) with 1,958 deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases plague, cholera free incidence, death report.
In Class-B infectious diseases, Infectious Atypical Pneumonia, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, and Human Infection HPAI has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 299,615 cases and 1,951 deaths

甲类 传染病中 鼠疫、 霍乱 无 发病、 死亡 报告。
乙类 传染病中 传染性非典型肺炎、 白喉、 脊髓灰质炎 和 人感染 高致病性 禽流感 无发病、 死亡 报告， 其余22种 传染病 共报告 发病 299,615例， 死亡 1,951人。
同期，
丙类 传染病中 丝虫病 无 发病、 死亡 报告， 其余 10种 传染病 共报告 发病 277,632例， 死亡 7人。
