2023年、各級農業農村部門は、習近平総書記の「4つの最も厳しい」重要指示の精神を断固として実行し、厳格に改訂農産物品質安全法の規定を実施し、ササゲ残留農薬という難問の処理を徹底的に推進し、着実に食用農産物の「違法薬物撲滅、残留薬物管理、改善促進」の三年計画を展開することで、誓約適合証明書新制度の導入を促進し、監督管理の法的執行を強化して農産物の品質安全性に関する多数の事件を調査・処分し、違法な犯罪行為を効果的に抑止した。最近、農業農村部は禁止・制限されている薬物の違法使用や通常薬物の過剰残留、および誓約適合証明書の規定に外れた発行や受領・保存などを含む3カテゴリーの典型事例12件を選び発表

In 2023, agricultural and rural departments at all levels will resolutely implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s “Four Most Strict” important instructions, strictly implement the provisions of the newly revised Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law, deeply promote the treatment of outstanding pesticide residues in cowpeas, and solidly carry out the three-year action of “Cure illegal drugs, control drug residues, and promote improvement” of edible agricultural products, we promoted the implementation of the new system for certification of compliance with commitment standards, strengthened supervision and law enforcement, investigated and dealt with a number of agricultural product quality and safety cases, and effectively deterred illegal and criminal activities. 2023年各级农业农村部门坚决贯彻习近平总书记“四个最严”重要指示精神，严格落实新修订施行的农产品质量安全法规定，深入推进豇豆农药残留突出问题攻坚治理，扎实开展食用农产品“治违禁 控药残 促提升”三年行动，推动承诺达标合格证新制度落地，加大监管执法力度，查处了一批农产品质量安全案件，有力震慑了违法犯罪行为。日前，农业农村部从中选取12个典型案例予以公布，包括违法使用禁限用药物、常规药物残留超标和未按照规定开具、收取、保存承诺达标合格证三类。
