近日広東省初のH7N9感染者がこの料理店に家禽を配達していたが、従業員には症状がみられていない。
広東省衛生計生委の報告によれば、1月10日、広州市CDCが広州市海珠区迎福閣酒楼厨房で採取した17個の検体中、3個の検体からH7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルスの核酸陽性反応が出た；省CDCがスワトー（汕頭）市の金平区龍北市場の外部環境モニタリングで最終した34個の検体から8個のサンプルからH7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性反応を検出した。現地政府は直ちに応急対応プランを発動し、有効な措置を採り、関連した予防管理と処置活動を実施している。
料理店の俎板と汚水中からウィルス検出
先日、省衛生計生委は、1月6日、広州市で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確定診断された。 広州市が報告した患者(FT#152)は、茂名籍の47歳男性、謝さんで、仏山市南海区に居住し、家禽の販売と運送に従事していたが、2013年12月25日に発症し、2014年1月3日に仏山市南海区黄岐区の病院から広州医学院第一付属医院に転送されたが危篤だ。
「謝さんが生きた家禽を海珠区迎福閣酒楼に配達しており、我々がこの酒楼の外部環境を検査してみたのです。」昨日、市疾病管理センターの王鳴主任は記者のインタビュー時に、この患者の活動範囲内の場所で検査を行った際に、執行部門はこの料理店の厨房の俎板と汚水サンプルから3個のH7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルスが陽性だったと話した。 市疾病管理センターは、既にこの料理店の清掃と消毒を実施したが、従業員にはこれまでのところ疑うような症状がみられていないとしている。

According to the announcement of Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC),
on January 7, 2014, Guangzhou City CDC detected 3 positive samples of H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid from 17 external environmental samples collected at Yingfu Court restaurant of Haizhu District in Guangzhou city; Provincial CDC detected 8 copies of samples as positive for H7N9 avian influenza nucleic acid out of 34 external environmental samples collected from Longbei market at Jinping District of Shantou city. The local government immediately started emergency response plan, and has taken effective measures to do the relevant prevention and control, and disposal work.

据广东省卫计委报告,1月7日,广州市疾控中心在广州市海珠区迎福阁酒楼厨房采集的17份外环境样本中,检出3份样本H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性;省疾控中心在汕头市金平区龙北市场外环境监测采集的34份样本中检出8份样本H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。当地政府立即启动应急响应,采取有效措施,做好相关防控、处置工作。
酒楼砧板和污水中检出病毒
此前,省卫计委报告称,1月6日,广州发现1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。广州市报告病例谢某（FT#152）(男,47岁,茂名籍),居住佛山市南海区,从事家禽销售和运输,2013年12月25日发病,2014年1月3日从佛山市南海区黄岐医院转入广州医学院第一附属医院,病情危重。
“谢某曾经送活禽到海珠区迎福阁酒楼,于是我们对该酒楼外环境进行了检测。”昨日,市疾控中心主任王鸣接受记者采访时表示,在对该病例活动范围内的场所进行检测时,疾控部门在该酒楼厨房的砧板和污水样本中检出三份H7N9病毒阳性样本。市疾控中心表示,已对该酒楼进行清洁消毒,酒楼员工暂无可疑症状。
