江西省衛生庁は、4月28日、同省で新たにヒト感染H7N9型鳥インフルエンザ患者2名が確診されたと発表。
患者は以下の通り：
80歳男性の熊さんは、江西省南昌の農民 (FT#123)。
家で鶏などを飼育していた。
現在南昌市某医院にて治療を受けている。
現在の容体は安定している。
濃密接触者は8人おり、医学観察がすでに実施されているが、これまでのところ異常はみられていない。
31歳女性の徐さんは、江西省南昌県人 (FT#124)。
野菜の個人販売店を経営しており、隣のブースには鶏を売るブースが入っていた。
現在南昌市某医院にて治療を受けている。
現在の病状は重態である。
濃密接触者は11人おり、医学観察がすでに実施されているが、これまでのところ異常はみられていない。
この他、湖南省衛生庁は4月27日に、1名の江西省銅鼓（宜春市の中にある県）のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者を同省で収容治療していると発表 (FT#122)。江西省は既に予防管理専門家を銅鼓に派遣

Gender: Male,
Age: 80 years old,
Registered Domicile: Nanchang city in Jiangxi
Occupation: Farmer,
Exposure to birds: Yes, feeding chickens at home
Current Situation: Admitted to a certain hospital in Nanchang city; stable.
Close Contacts: 8 people were detected and they are now under medical observation. No one showed any abnormality.
Date of Diagnosis: April 28, 2013 by provincial experts.
Patient 2 (FT#124) is:
Name: Xu X,
Gender: Female,
Age: 31 years old,
Registered Domicile: Nanchang county
Occupation: private vegetable vender,
Exposure to birds: Yes, next to her stall, there was a poultry sales stall(s)
Current Situation: Admitted to a certain hospital in Nanchang city; serious.
Close Contacts: 11 people were detected and they are now under medical observation. No one showed any abnormality.
Date of Diagnosis: April 28, 2013 by provincial experts.
April 28, the above two cases of specimens were tested by the Jiangxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the results became positive for H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid.
Provincial Health Department expert group diagnosed these two cases as H7N9 avian influenza.

据省卫生厅28日通报，江西省新增2例人感H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
患者熊某，男，80岁，江西南昌人，农民，家中饲养鸡禽 (FT#123)。
现正在南昌市某医院接受治疗。患者目前病情稳定，密切接触者8人已实施医学观察，目前均未发现异常。
患者徐某，女，31岁，南昌县人，个体菜贩，摊位旁有鸡禽销售摊位 (FT#124)。
现正在南昌市某医院接受治疗。患者目前病情严重，密切接触者11人已实施医学观察，目前均未发现异常。
4月28日，上述2例病例样本经江西省疾病预防控制中心检测结果均为人感染H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。省卫生厅专家组诊断为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
