東南網（微博）5月4日訊 福建省衛生庁は、5月4日20時、同省で新たに1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が出たと発表。
新発患者の状況は以下の通り （FT#130）：
69歳男性の魏さんは、福州福清市三山鎮の農民。患者は
4月29日に、『動悸と胸部圧迫の原因を検査するため』福建省立医院に入院、
4月30日、心臓の手術後に咳を伴う発熱が繰り返し出現、 抗感染薬治療の後、肺部の感染が続き、
5月02日に、福州市CDCに採取した検体を送付して検査し、
5月04日午後、福建省CDCによる再検査の結果、H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性となった。
5月04日夜、省級専門家グループは、患者の臨床症状や実験室での検査結果及び疫学調査データから当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと診断した。
患者は現在積極的な治療を受けている。
調査の結果、患者の濃密接触者は9名で、既に医学観察措置が取られているが、これまでに異常はみられていない。
これまでの時点で、福建省ではヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者4名が出ているが、等しく積極的な治療を受けており、死亡例はまだ出ていない。 患者の分布は福州（3人）、龍岩（1名）の2市区3県（市、区）で発生している。 これまでの患者は散発的であり、いまだにヒトヒト感染のエビデンスは得られていない。 （東南網微博）

Occupation: Farmer,
Date of Admission: April 29, 2013, admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital for “Checking reasons of palpitations and chest tightness”
After the cardiac surgery on April 30, fever with cough repeatedly appeared, the lung infection became advanced even after anti-infection treatment.
May 2, 2013 samples were sent to Fuzhou City CDC for testing, May 4 afternoon the Fujian Provincial CDC detected and reported that the result was positive for H7N9 avian flu virus nucleic acid by their re-examination.
