一、 中国全土のコロナ重症者・死者の報告状況
2024 年4月1日～4月30日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団は、新たに重症者322例、死者14例（宮本注：前月比で『重傷者』数はほぼ4割減に、死者数もほぼ半減）、うち、新型コロナウイルス感染による呼吸機能不全で死亡したもの0例、基礎疾患との合併症による死亡は14例を報告した。
二、 全国の発熱外来（診察室）の診療状況
2024年4月1日～ 4月30日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団の発熱外来（診察室）の受診者数は4月1日の16万3千人から上下しながら4月30日の11万3千人に下降した。

1. National COVID-19 Infection Severe Cases and Death Cases Reporting Situation
From April 1- April 30, 2024, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 322 new severe cases and 14 new deaths (among them, there were 0 deaths from respiratory failure caused by COVID-19 infection and 14 deaths from underlying diseases combined with COVID-19 infection).
2. Diagnosis and treatment of fever clinics (clinics) across the country
From April 1 to April 30, 2024, the number of fever clinics (clinics) in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps fluctuated around 160,000, rising from 163,000 on April 1 to 113,000 on April 30.

二、全国发热门诊（诊室）诊疗情况
2024年4月1日-4月30日，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）及新疆生产建设兵团发热门诊（诊室）诊疗量从4月1日的16.3万波动下降至4月30日的11.3万。
