疾疾病管制署は本日（5月7日）、今年（2024年）初の新生児リステリア症の母子垂直感染症例を発表した。患者の母親は、妊娠第34週に発熱や倦怠感、腹痛により病院を受診したが、その後胎児の心音異常や羊膜破裂などにより緊急帝王切開となったが；患者は出生後、運動能力が低く、顔面蒼白となったため、新生児集中治療室（NICU）に入り、検査通報の後、確定診断され、母子の垂直感染と判明した。現在、母子ともに健康を回復して退院している。疫学調査により、患者の母親は妊娠中にレタスサラダや果物のスライスなどの生のインスタント食品を食用していたことが判明したが、リステリア症は潜伏期間が長く、評価後に感染源を遡って特定するのは困難だ。
疾管署は「データに基づくと、今年（2024年）5月6日時点で、国内ではリステリア症患者計51例が報告されているが、2020年と2022年の同時期（46例、47例）よりわずかに多いだけだが、全体的な趨勢と

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention announced today (May 7) the first case of mother-to-child vertical transmission of listeriosis in a newborn this year (2024). The mother of the case sought medical treatment at 34 weeks of pregnancy due to fever, fatigue and abdominal pain, and later had an emergency caesarean section due to abnormal fetal heart sounds, rupture of amniotic membranes and other symptoms; The case had poor mobility and pale face after birth and was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. After examination and notification, the diagnosis was confirmed and it was determined to be vertical transmission from mother to child. Both mother and daughter have recovered and been discharged from hospital. According to the epidemic investigation, the mother of the case had eaten raw and ready-to-eat foods such as lettuce salad and sliced fruits during her pregnancy, however, the incubation period of listeriosis is long, and the possible source of infection is difficult to trace and clarify after evaluation.

疾病管制署今(7)日公布今(2024)年首例新生兒母嬰垂直傳染李斯特菌症個案。個案母親於懷孕34週因發燒、倦怠與腹痛就醫，後因胎心音異常、羊膜破裂等症狀而進行緊急剖腹產；個案出生即活動力不佳及臉色蒼白收治於新生兒加護病房，經檢驗通報後確診，研判為母嬰垂直傳染。目前母女均已康復出院。經疫情調查瞭解，案母懷孕期間曾食用生菜沙拉、切片水果等生食與即食食品，惟李斯特菌症潛伏期較長，可能感染源經評估較難追溯釐清。
疾管署說明，依據資料顯示，今(2024)年截至5月6日，國內累計51例李斯特菌症確定病例，僅略高於
