疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（5月7日）、「国内の腸病毒は流行期にあり、流行拡大が続いている。国民には警戒を続け、乳幼児の健康状態に注意をしてほしい。今週は母の日と重なり、家族の集いや親子活動への参加機会が増えるので、母の日を祝う間は、大人も子供も、手指衛生に注意を払い、特に「食事前」、
「赤ちゃんと遊ぶ前」、「鼻をかんだ後」、「トイレ後」及び「診療の前後」には「濡らす、こする、流す、掬う、拭く」の正しい手洗い手順を実行せねばならない。さらに、医師から乳幼児が腸病毒への感染を診断された場合は、自宅で休養をとり、他の子どもとの接触を避け交差感染のリスクを減らさねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによると、現在台湾では腸病毒の流行期にあり、最近は増加の趨勢を呈しているが、

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) stated today (May 7) that domestic enterovirus is in an epidemic period and the epidemic situation continues to increase. The public is asked to remain vigilant and pay attention to the health status of infants and young children. This week coincides with Mother’s Day, and there are more opportunities to participate in family gatherings and parent-child activities. While celebrating Mother’s Day, adults and children should pay attention to personal hand hygiene, especially “before eating, before playing with babies, and blowing their noses.” after going to the toilet, and before and after seeing a doctor” and implement the correct handwashing steps of “wet, rub, flush, hold and wipe”. In addition, if infants and young children are diagnosed with enterovirus infection by a doctor, they should rest at home and avoid contact with other children to reduce the risk of cross-infection.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(7)日表示，國內腸病毒正處流行期，疫情持續上升，請民眾保持警覺，留意嬰幼兒健康狀況。本週適逢母親節，參加家庭聚會及親子活動機會增加，呼籲民眾慶祝母親節之餘，大人小孩皆應注意個人手部衛生，特別是在「吃東西前、跟小寶寶玩前、擤鼻涕後、上廁所後以及看病前後」等時機，並落實「濕、搓、沖、捧、擦」正確洗手步驟。此外，嬰幼兒如經醫師診斷感染腸病毒時，應落實生病在家休息，應避免與其他幼兒接觸，以降低交叉感染的風險。
