台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日12月27日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は24,498例（うち本土症例24,427例、輸入症例71例）；更に、確診症例中、7例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例24,427例は、5歳未満から90代以上の男性11,366例、女性13,041例、性別調査中20例となる。患者分布は、新台北市（4,717例）、台中市（3,123例）、台北市（2,735例）、桃園市（2,637例）、高雄市（2,433例）、台南市（2,141例）、彰化県（1,270例）、新竹県（869例）、新竹市（704例）、苗栗県（675例）、雲林県（488例）、屏東県（463例）、嘉義県（426例）、南投県（390例）、宜蘭県（345例）、基隆市（275例）、嘉義市（235例）、花蓮県（186例）、金門県（138例）、台東県（118例）、澎湖県（56例）、連江県（3例）となる」としている。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例は、本土症例7例で、50代から90代以上の男性1人、女性6人となる。全員が重症患者で、7例全員に慢性疾患が有り、5例（71％）は三回以上のワクチン未完了者

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Dec. 27) that there were 24,498 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 24,427 local and 71 imported cases; further, there were 7 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 24427 local cases today are 11366 males and 13041 females, (20 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is as follows: New Taipei City (4717 cases), Taichung City (3123 cases), Taipei City (2735 cases), Taoyuan City (2637 cases), Kaohsiung City (2433 cases), Tainan City (2141 cases), Changhua County (1270 cases), Hsinchu County (869 cases), Hsinchu City (704 cases), Miaoli County (675 cases), Yunlin County (488 cases), Pingtung County (463 cases), Chiayi County (426 cases), Nantou County (390 cases), Yilan County (345 cases), Keelung City (275 cases), Chiayi City (235 cases), Hualien County (186 cases), Jinmen County (138 cases), Taitung County (118 cases), Penghu County (56 cases), Lianjiang County (3 cases).
