2017年 09月29 ～ 10月05日、わが国内でのH7N9患者はこの7日間報告されなかった。
専門家は、
人々は、 日常生活において、 病死した鳥類に極力接触せず、 活禽との直接接触をしないこと；
農村地区の人々は 流しの屋台からの 検疫証明のない 活禽を購入したり 飼育したり しないようにすること；
鳥類への暴露歴があり 且つ 発熱及び気道症状があるものは マスクを着用して 速やかに 現地の医療機構で診察を受け、
さらに 自ら医師に対してその鳥類暴露歴を告げることとし、 外出や旅行をしてはならないとア

September 29 to October 5, 2017, there was no H7N9 case reported in the past seven (7) days.
Experts recommend followings;
the public should avoid contact with dead birds in daily life, try to avoid direct contact with live poultry;
peoples in rural areas do not buy live poultry(s) from the live poultry venders without certification of quarantine, and do not feed such live poultry(s);
should have a history of contact with poultry and if there is fever and/or respiratory symptom(s) appeared, wear a mask and go to the local medical institutions as soon as possible, further,
inform the doctor of contact with live bird history. Never get out for travel.

专家建议， 公众在日常生活中应避免接触病死禽， 尽量避免直接接触活禽；
农村地区公众不要从流动活禽摊贩处购买无检疫证明的活禽并饲养；
有禽类接触史 且出现 发热 及 呼吸道症状者， 应戴上口罩， 尽快 到 当地医疗机构 就诊，
并主动向医生告知禽类接触史， 不要外出旅行。
