December 10, 2013, the provincial and Shenzhen city’s H7N9 avian influenza prevention joint working group in monitoring the bird flu virus pollution, the live poultry market environment in Shenzhen, a total of 70 environmental specimens at 13 live poultry market were collected, among them, three specimens from two live poultry markets at the Longgang District (http://map.flu.org.cn), have been detected as H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid positive (1 specimen is from the Longgang District Henggang market’s poultry stall; 2 are from chicken manure and the stalls of the epilator in the Longgang District South Bay Street Kangqiao meat market’s poultry stalls).
