中国 国家衛生健康委 1月29日発表データに基づき、 2022年12月度 （12月1日 ～ 31日分）のデータを加え、 2008年からの 推移、 月別 発症 ・ 死亡者数の 推移をグラフ化しています。
中国では、風しんは春~初夏の季節が流行期。2008年の12万人越えをピークに、減少の傾向にあることが分かる。2022年12月度は2009年以来のベストとなる発症72（死亡0）人だった。
免疫を持たない新婦さんが妊娠初期に風疹に罹患すると、風疹ウイルスが胎児に感染し、赤ちゃんに難聴・白内障・先天性心疾患を特徴とする先天性風疹症候群と総称される障がいが出ることがあるといわれており、国内ではワクチンの定期接種機会のなかった昭和37年4月2日～昭和54年4月1日生まれの人への抗体検査とワクチン接種を薦めているが、なかなか検査が進んでいないそうです。
