CDCは本日（2月19日）、台湾で本年（2024年）初の麻疹
患者が発生したと報じたが、患者は、北部の30代男性で、2月12日に発熱し、翌日になっても熱が下がらなかったため救急搬送されたが、帰宅後も咳や咽頭痛などの症状が続き、2月15日に発熱と発疹が現れたため再度病院の救急外来を受診したが、その後検査試験により確定診断され、同日直ちに入院して隔離病棟に入り、今も隔離病棟に入院中だ。感染期間中に海外への渡航歴はなく、今年初の国内感染症例と判断されたが、感染源は調査中である。
衛生単位は、ただちに種々の調査と予防治療活動を開始したが、引き続き接触者の健康状態追跡や、患者の病院及びその他の公共の場における接触者を調査するとともに、積極的に関連の予防治療活動を実施している。
CDCは、現時点で判明している接触者には同居家族4名、同居家族2名、医療上の接触者193名、合計199名が含まれており、遅くとも3月4日までは監視されると発表した。患者には感染の恐れのある期間

The Department of Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) today (February 19) announced the first local case of measles in Taiwan this year (2024), the patient is a male in his 30s from the north. He developed a fever on February 12. He went to the hospital emergency room because the fever did not subside the next day. After returning home, he continued to have a fever accompanied by cough, sore throat and other symptoms. On February 15, he developed a fever and a rash and went to the hospital again. After going to the hospital for emergency treatment, he was diagnosed with the disease and was admitted to the isolation ward on the same day. He is currently hospitalized in the isolation ward. Since the case had no history of traveling abroad during the period of exposure, it was determined to be the first domestic infection case this year, and the possible source of infection is under investigation. 疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(19)日公布今(2024)年國內首例麻疹本土病例，為北部30多歲男性，2月12日發燒，次日因發燒未退至醫院急診，返家後持續發燒並伴隨咳嗽、喉嚨痛等症狀，2月15日因發燒且出現紅疹，再次至醫院急診後，經通報檢驗確診，當日即安排入住隔離病房，目前續於隔離病房住院中。因個案於暴露期間無出國史，故研判為今年首例國內感染病例，可能感染來源調查中。衛生單位已立即展開各項調查與防治工作，將持續追蹤接觸者健康情形、調查個案於醫院就醫及其他公共場所之接觸者，並積極進行相關防治工作。
疾管署表示，目前掌握接觸者為同住家人4人、非同住家人2人、就醫接觸者193人，共計199人，最晚監測至
