疾病予防管理センター（以下CDC）は、11月21日、台湾が3月20日に新制度を導入後、先週（11月14日～11月20日）新たに増えた本土確診症例は210例となり、前週（11月07日～11月13日）の239例から下降；先週新たに増えた死者数は24例となり、前週の死者数29例と比して下降している。最近、国内の流行状況は低位で上下変動しているものの、合併症や死亡のリスクは続いており、国際的には一部の国家で高いレベルにあり、注意深く監視する必要がある。
