北京市CDC情報： 本年1～10月の間に北京市で報告されたHIV感染者とエイズ患者の合計が3,053人に達したが、この人数は、昨年同期より2.62％下降している。2013年から、北京市におけるエイズは明らかに緩やかになり、現時点での全市における報告感染率は0.8％と、総じて低い流行レベルにある。 （宮本注：0.8％が低いレベル？）

Information from Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention: In January-October this year, a total of 3053 new cases of HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients in Beijing were reported, representing a decrease of 2.62% as compared with the same period of last year. Since 2013, the increase of AIDS epidemic in Beijing has obviously slowed down tendency. At present, the infection rate in the whole population is 0.8 ‰, and the overall outbreak is at a low prevalence level.
