04月05日、 農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、新疆生産建設兵団第四師団でアフリカ豚熱（以下 『ASF』）のアウトブレイクが発生したと発表した。
農業農村部は、04月05日、新疆生産建設兵団第四師団一養豚場で発生したASFのアウトブレイクについて、新疆生産建設兵団動物疾病予防管理センターがこれを確診したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センターからの報告を受け取った。ASF発生時、養殖場内にはブタ599頭中、33頭が発病、6頭が病死していた。

4月5日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经新疆生产建设兵团动物疫病预防控制中心确诊，第四师一养殖场发生非洲猪瘟疫情。疫情发生时，该养殖场存栏生猪599头，发病33头，死亡6头。
