04月3日、 農業農村部は、河南省農業農村庁からの雲南省騰衝市におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った。
澠池県でのASF発生後、 現地は、ASF緊急対応プランと ASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、 封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。
感染地区内の ブタの殺処分完了後 連続21日以上にわたるモニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。 河南省農業農村庁が専門家グループを組織し、汚染地区に対する現場の評価検収を実施したところ、検収・ 検査結果は 感染地区の封鎖解除規定に符合していたため、現地政府は4月03日0時を以て、正式に汚染地区の封鎖を解除した。農業農村部は現地畜

On April 3, 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs mentioning that the epidemic areas of African Swine Fever occurred in Sanmenxia City was lifted from the blockade after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the African swine fever epidemic occurred in Mianchi County, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and harmless treatment according with the emergency plan for African swine fever and the technical specifications for the prevention and control of African swine fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic areas, through spending twenty-one (21) days of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
The Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organized experts to conduct on-site assessment and acceptance of the affected area. As the acceptance results complied with the relevant provisions on the lifting of the blockade in the affected area, the local government officially lifted the blockade at 00:00 on April 3. 农业农村部4月3日接到河南省农业农村厅报告，经评估验收合格，河南省三门峡市渑池县非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
渑池县非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经21天以上连续监测排查，未发现新的病例和监测阳性。河南省农业农村厅组织专家对疫区进行现场评估验收，验收结果符合关于疫区解除封锁的有关规定，
