04月10日、 農業農村部は、湖北省畜牧獣医局と江西省突発重大動物疾病応急指揮部弁公室から、湖北省黄石市陽新県と江西省九江市柴桑区におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注：以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った。
湖北省黄石市陽新県と江西省九江市柴桑区での ASF発生後、 現地は、 ASF緊急対応プランとASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内の ブタの殺処分完了後 連続6週間にわたりモニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。
01月08日、及び01月08日 ～ 09日、黄石市畜牧獣医局と九江市農業局は 専門家グループを組織し、 汚染地区に対する現場の評価検収並びに実験室での検査を実施したが、検収・検査の結果は 感染地区の封鎖解除規定に符合しており、 上述のASFは既に消滅しているものと判断された。 現地政府は、01月10日00:00時をもってその封鎖を正式に解除している。 農業農村部は現地畜牧獣医部門に対し、ASFのモニ

On January 10, 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Medicine Bureau of Hubei Province and the Jiangxi Provincial Outbreak of Major Animal Epidemic in emergency headquarters mentioning that the affected areas of African Swine Fever occurred at Yangxin County of Huangshi City, Hubei Province, and Chaisang District of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province were released from their blockade after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreaks at Yangxin County of Huangshi City, Hubei Province and Chaisang District of Jiujiang Citiy, Jiangxi Province, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and detoxifying treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic areas, through spending six (6) weeks of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
On January 8 and from January 8 to 9, 2019, the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Medicine Bureau of Huangshi City and Jiujiang City Bureau of Agriculture both organized expert teams to conduct on-site assessment and laboratory examinations of the epidemic areas. The results of acceptance tests, inspection and lab. examination complied with the relevant regulations on the lifting of the blockades in the epidemic areas. 农业农村部1月10日接到湖北省畜牧兽医局和江西省突发重大动物疫情应急指挥部办公室报告，经评估验收合格，湖北省黄石市阳新县和江西省九江市柴桑区非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
湖北省黄石市阳新县和江西省九江市柴桑区非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经6周连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
1月8日、1月8日至9日，黄石市畜牧兽医局和九江市农业局分别组织专家对疫区进行现场评估验收和实验室检测，验收和检测结果符合关于疫区解除封锁的有关规定，上述非洲猪瘟疫情已被扑灭。当地政府均于1月10日
