12月21日、農業農村部は、 重慶市農業農村委員会から、重慶市豊都県における アフリカ豚コレラ （以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、その封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った。
重慶市豊都県での ASF発生後、 現地は、 ASF緊急対応プランとASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内では、ブタの殺処分完了後6週間の 連続モニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からのASF発症例や 陽性サンプルの新たな発見は見つからなかった。
12月19日、 湖南省湘西自治州畜牧水産局は 専門家グループを組織し、 汚染地区に対する実験室での検査と現場での評価検収を実施したが、 検査と検収の結果が、 感染地区の封鎖解除規定に符合し、 ASFが既に消滅しているものと判断。現地政府は 12月20日00:00をもって封鎖を正式に解除した。 農業農村

Chongqing City Lifted the blockade of the African Swine Fever affected area at Fengdu County

On December 21, 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received reports from the Chongqing Municipal Agricultural and Rural Committee stating that the affected area of African Swine occurred at Fengdu County of Chongqing City was released from the blockade after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreak at Fengdu County of Chongqing City, Hunan Province, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and harmless treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic area, through six (6) weeks of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
On December 20, the Chongqing Municipal Agricultural and Rural Committee organized expert teams to conduct laboratory tests and on-site assessment and acceptance of the affected area. The acceptance and test results were in line with the regulations on the lifting of the blockade in the affected areas, as the African swine fever has been extinguished, the local government officially lifted the blockades at 12:00 o’clock of December 21. 重庆市丰都县 非洲猪瘟疫区 解除封锁
农业农村部12月21日接到重庆市农业农村委员会报告，经评估验收合格，重庆市丰都县非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
重庆市丰都县非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经6周连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
