01月19日 0時～24時、北京市では新たに現地確診症例7例、無症状感染者0例、疑似症例0例； 新たに増えた輸入確診症例0例、輸入疑似症例0例、輸入無症状感染者0例； 治癒退院者2例が増えた。
患者１：
大興区天宮院街道融淮社区在住の43歳男性。1月18日、PCR検査の結果、陽性となり、1月19日120の陰圧救急車で地壇医院に転送された。疫学史や臨床症状、実験室の検査結果及び画像検査の結果を総合し、当日、中等症の確診症例と診断された。
患者２：
大興区天宮院街道融淮社区在住の38歳男性。1月18日、発熱等の症状が現れ、120の救急車で大興区人民医院に転送された。1月19日、PCR検査の結果、陽性となった。疫学史や臨床症状、実験室の検査結果及び画像検査の結果を総合し、当日、軽症の確診症例と診断されたが、既に地壇医院に転送されて治療を受けている。
患者３：
大興区天宮院街道融淮社区在住の40歳男性。咳等の症状が現れたため、1月19日、120の救急車で大興区人民医院に転送された。PCR検査の結果は陽性となった。疫学史や臨床症状、実験室の検査結果及び画像検査の結果を総合し、当日、中等症の確診症例と診断されたが、既に地壇医院に転送されて治療を受けている。

Case 1:
A male, 43 years old, currently lives in Ronghui Community, Tiangongyuan Street, Daxing District. The nucleic acid test result became positive on January 18, and he was transferred to Ditan Hospital by the 120 negative pressure ambulance on January 19. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day, and the clinical classification was ordinary.
