指揮センターの説明によると、「第1102号患者は、台湾籍の30代男性で、当該航空会社の貨物機のパイロットだ。彼は2021年4月6日から4月9日まで米国にフライトし、4月14日に台湾に到着後の検査結果は陰性であり、台湾にいる間に症状は出なかった； 4月19日から4月22日まで再びアメリカに飛び、帰台後は自宅で在宅隔離をしていたが、4月24日に咳と発熱（37.8度）などの症状が現れ、4月25日に隔離期間満了前検査を受けたところ、本日確定診断された（Ct値18）。患者の感染源は現在調査中だが、衛生単位は既に濃厚接触者6人をリストアップしており、全員在宅隔離とした」とのことだ。

Today, two additional pilots tested positive (Case 1102, Case 1105).
The command center explained that the Case 1102 is a male in his 30s who is a cargo pilot of the airline. The case was on duty in the United States from April 6 to April 9, 2021. After returning to Taiwan, he was quarantined at home until April 14. The test result was negative and he had no symptoms during his stay in Taiwan; He went to the United States again from April 19th to April 22nd. After returning to Taiwan, he was subjected to home quarantine at his home. He developed cough, fever (37.8 degrees) and other symptoms on April 24. He was taken before the expiration on April 25 and was diagnosed today (Ct value 18). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(26)日表示，因應某航空公司機師於澳洲檢出COVID-19陽性，指揮中心啟動航空公司飛航機師採檢專案，對全數機師人員進行採檢，今日再新增2名採檢者檢出陽性(案1102、案1105)。
指揮中心說明，案1102為本國籍30多歲男性，為該航空公司貨機機師，個案今(2021)年4月6日至4月9日曾執勤美國，返臺後居家檢疫至4月14日，採檢結果為陰性，在臺期間並無症狀；4月19日至4月22日再次執勤至美國，返臺後於住家進行居家檢疫，4月24日出現咳嗽、發燒(37.8度)等症狀，4月25日進行期滿前採檢，於今日確診(Ct值18)。個案感染源正調查中，衛生單位已匡列接觸者6人，皆採居家隔離。
