台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日12月08日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は15,283例（うち本土症例15,227例、輸入症例56例）；更に、確診症例中、37例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例15,227例は、5歳未満から90代以上の男性6,836例、女性8,378例、性別調査中13例となる。患者分布は、新台北市（2,394例）、台中市（2,109例）、高雄市（1,975例）、桃園市（1,725例）、台北市（1,393例）、台南市（1,156例）、彰化県（819例）、新竹県（501例）、苗栗県（468例）、新竹市（452例）、屏東県（435例）、雲林県（337例）、嘉義県（242例）、宜蘭県（235例）、南投県（226例）、花蓮県（217例）、基隆市（180例）、嘉義市（144例）、台東県（108例）、金門県（72例）、澎湖県（36例）、連江県（3例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Dec. 08) that there were 15,283 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 15,227 local and 56 imported cases; further, there were 37 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 15227 local cases today are 6836 males and 8378 females, (13 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is as follows: New Taipei City (2394 cases), Taichung City (2109 cases), Kaohsiung City (1975 cases), Taoyuan City (1725 cases), Taipei City (1393 cases), Tainan City (1156 cases), Changhua County (819 cases), Hsinchu County (501 cases), Miaoli County (468 cases), Hsinchu City (452 cases), Pingtung County (435 cases), Yunlin County (337 cases), Chiayi County (242 cases), Yilan County (235 cases), Nantou County (226 cases), Hualien County (217 cases), Keelung City (180 cases), Chiayi City (144 cases), Taitung County (108 cases), Jinmen County (72 cases), Penghu County (36 cases), Lianjiang County (3 cases).
