国家衛生計画生育委員会ホーム頁情新規報によれば、上海市で、1名の外地で感染した患者が上海市でヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者と確診され、現在同市で治療を受けている。
57歳男性の楊さんは、江蘇省人の退職者だ（FT#103）。
4月13日に発熱や咳、痰といった症状を発症し、
4月16日～19日まで江蘇省溧陽市人民医院を受診し、左下肺肺炎と診断されたが、症状が好転しなかった。
4月19日に救急車により上海市肺科医院に転送・受診するも、重症肺炎とされて入院治療に。
患者は現在治療中。
4月20日、上海市CDC実験室の測定の結果、H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性となった。

According to the National Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC) website news, Shanghai found a case of H7N9 avian influenza who was infected and onset in another place and diagnosed as a case of H7N9 after coming back to Shanghai when got consultation in a medical institution in Shanghai.

Name: Yang X,
Sex: Male,
Age: 68 years old,
Occupation: Retiree,
Registered Domicile: Jiangsu people,
Date of Onset: April 13, 2013, started with fever, cough and sputum,
Date of First Consultation: April 16 to 19, 2013, went to Jiangsu Province Liyang City People’s Hospital for treatment and diagnosed as left lower lobe pneumonia, though symptomatic treatment was not effective.
Date of Hospitalization: April 19, 2013, transferred to the Shanghai Municipal Pulmonary Hospital for treatment. Diagnosed as Severe pneumonia, he was admitted to the hospital for active treatment.
Date of Diagnosis: April 20, 2013, diagnosed by the municipal clinical expert group in accordance with the relevant requirements, after the Shanghai Municipal CDC detected the H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid as positive.
Close Contacts: 3 people have been under medical observation, no one have shown any abnormality.
In view of the case was infected and developed in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, this case Belongs to Jiangsu Province’s H7N9 avian flu.

据国家卫生和计划生育委员会网站消息， 上海市发现1例外地感染发病后来沪就诊的人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例， 目前在上海市救治。
患者杨某， 男， 68岁， 江苏人， 退休人员。 患者于4月13日出现发热、咳嗽、咳痰，4月16日—4月19日就诊于江苏省溧阳市人民医院，诊断为左下肺炎，对症治疗后无好转。 4月19日由当地120转送至上海市肺科医院就诊， 诊断为重症肺炎， 收治入院。 患者目前正在积极治疗中。 4月20日， 经上海市疾病预防控制中心实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
按照有关要求， 经市级临床专家组对该病例进行会诊， 诊断该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。 经调查， 该病例在沪的密切接触者共有3人， 均已实施医学观察， 截止目前均未发现异常。 鉴于该病例在江苏省溧阳市当地感染发病，属江苏省人感染H7N9禽流感新增病例。
