2021年11月 （2021年11月01日00：00 ～ 11月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は565,663例（宮本注： 前月は523,006例； 42,657人増）、死亡者数は2,321例（前月は2,040例； 281人増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、発症ゼロ死亡ゼロとの報告があった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残22種については、発症262,627例 （前月は249,605例： 13,022人増に転）、死亡2,320例（前月は2,039例： 281人増に転）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病とエイズ（10月と同種・同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94%を占めていた。

2021年11月01日から11月30日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者1,581例、死者0例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は303,036例（前月は273,399例で29,637人増）、死亡は1例（前月も1例）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、手足口病、インフルエンザとその他感染性下痢（2位と3位が入れ替わり）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の95％を占めていた。

In November 2021 (0:00 on November 1, 2021 to 24:00 on November 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 565,663 cases and 2,321 deaths.
Among them,
No incidents and death cases were reported in Class A infectious diseases.
There was no report of incidence and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), Poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and H7N9 Avian influenza, the remaining 22 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 262,627 cases and 2,320 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and AIDS; these five diseases account for 94% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
From 00:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on November 30, a total of 1,581 diagnosed cases and no (0) deaths of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) were reported in Mainland China.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and

2021年11月（2021年11月1日0时至11月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病565663例，死亡2321人。
其中，甲类传染病无发病死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病262627例，报告死亡2320人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及艾滋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。11月1日0时至11月30日24时，全国报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例1581例，无死亡病例报告。
