疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(27)日表示，近期國內腹瀉就診人次上升，群聚通報案件數增加，其中檢出病原以諾羅病毒為主，且多發生在餐飲旅宿業。由於諾羅病毒傳染力強，且容易引發群聚感染，提醒民眾務必留意手部衛生與飲食安全，如有腹瀉情形，待症狀解除至少48小時以後再恢復上班上學，以降低病毒傳播的風險。
