衛生局は、本日（3月10日）午後6時時点で、新たなヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が見つかっていないと発表。これまでに全国では合計387人のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が出ているが、そのうち少なくとも91名が死亡（宮本注：このマカオ新聞局の数字は『少なくとも』とありますが、そもそも、少なくともという発表はいい加減：笑 根拠がどこにあるのかは、、不明です：苦笑 患者合計が387人というのも、中国国内（中国大陸プラス香港）では385人の筈ですし、これに台湾の2名とマレーシアの1名を加えると388人、衛生局が言う『我が国』の定義も不明なので何とも言えませんが、、、）している。2013年10月以来、当地で感染した患者が見つかった地区は、広東省、広西、福建、浙江、江蘇、湖南、上海、北京、安徽、吉林、山東となっている。 この他に台湾地区、香港（香港の6人を含む数字で387人と書いているのであればまだ1名だけの誤差で済む筈ですが、この他にとあるのであれば、387人に更に台湾2名、マレーシア1名、香港6名を足すことになり、患者数の合計が387人＋9名＝396人となってしまう。。。どうも曖昧です）とマレーシアでは中国内地からの輸入症例が見つかっている。
マカオでは、昨日午後5時から本日午後5時までに衛生局にA型H7N9を疑う症例報告2例が上がってきたが、これまでの検査結果は、全てA型H7N9陰性であった。
衛生局は、継続して国家及び近隣地区の衛生部門やWHOと密接に連携し、各地及びマカオの流行をモニタリングしており、且つ、公立私立の機構との協力もしながら近隣地区あるいはマカオで鳥インフルエンザが出た場合の予防準備工作を行えるようにしている。 これまでの状況に鑑みれば、衛生局は今年の冬～春季にかけての時期に内地で陸続と出現していることから、マカオでも患者が出るということを排除できず、衛生局は既に各医療機関や医療スタッフに対し、もし疑い例が見つかった場合には速やかに検査或

The Health Bureau notified that as of 6 pm today (March 10), no new case of H7N9 avian flu has been reported. A total of 387 cases of H7N9 avian flu have been diagnosed in mainland China, including at least 91 deaths. Local infections since October 2013 include Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hunan, Shanghai, Beijing, Anhui, Jilin and Shandong. In addition, in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, there are imported cases from mainland China.
In Macao, from 5 pm yesterday to 5 pm today, the Health Bureau received a total of 2 suspected cases requiring H7N9 tests. Until now, all H7N9 test results have been negative.

衛生局表示，截至今天（3月10日）下午6時，無新增人感染H7N9禽流感病例。目前全國共確診387例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，其中至少91例死亡，2013年10月以來出現當地感染病例的地區包括廣東、廣西、福建、浙江、江蘇、湖南、上海、北京、安徽、吉林、山東。另外，台灣地區、香港和馬來西亞有來自中國內地的輸入病例。
本澳方面，昨日下午5時至今日下午5時衛生局共收到2例需要進行甲型H7N9檢測的懷疑病例報告，至目前為止，所有甲型H7N9檢測結果均為陰性。
衛生局正持續和國家及鄰近地區的衛生部門、世界衛生組織保持密切聯繫，監測各地和本澳的疫情，並通過跨部門和公私營機構合作，為鄰近地區或本澳一旦出現禽流感疫情做好預防和準備工作。據目前的情況，衛生局預計今年冬、春季期間內地會陸續出現更多人感染甲型H7N9禽流感病例，亦不排除本澳出現病例，衛生局已要求各醫療機構和醫務人員密切留意，若有懷疑個案，應及時作出檢測或轉介。
