一、 中国全土のコロナ重症者・死者の報告状況
2024 年1月1 日～1月31日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団は、新たに重症者134例、死者3例（宮本注：『重傷者』数は微増、死者は激減）、うち、新型コロナウイルス感染による呼吸機能不全で死亡したもの0例、基礎疾患との合併症による死亡は3例）を報告した。
二、 全国の発熱外来（診察室）の診療状況
2024年1月1日～ 1月31日、全国31省（自治区、直轄市）及び新疆生産建設兵団の発熱外来（診察室）の受診者数は上下動しながら下降している。1月1日の34万7千人から上下しつつ下降し、1月1日の34万7千人から上下動しつつも下降し始め、1月27日には同月最低となる17万5千人を記録後は上下動しつつ小幅に上昇、1月31日には21万2千人になった。
