江西省卫生计生委4月24日通报，江西发现1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
患者 (FT#431) :
许某，女，75岁，会昌县人。
4月24日，江西省疾病预防控制中心对赣州市所送患者标本进行复核鉴定为人感染H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
流行病学调查结果显示，该患者有禽类接触史。
省卫生计生委专家组依据患者临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果等，诊断该患者为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
目前，该患者在赣州市某医院治疗，生命体征平稳。
该患者密切接触者均已采取医学观察措施，未发现异常。
