何 某， 男， 81岁， 现住 广州市番禺区， 患 慢性支气管炎、 冠心病 等 慢性疾患 十多年。
2月19日 确诊 为 人感染 H7N9 禽流感 病例， 目前 患者 病情危重， 在 广州市的 定点收治医院 住院治疗。
另， 惠州市 1月24日 确诊 病例 袁 某 (FT#235) 因 多脏器功能衰竭 于 2月19日 抢救无效死亡。
