北京衛生健康委員会の公式微博情報によると、01月31日 14時～24時の間（宮本注： なぜこの半端な時間設定をしたのか、これは謎ですが）に、北京市で新たに新型コロナウィルス感染の肺炎患者が17例増えた。 うち、11例の湖北省及びその他の省での暴露歴があった患者の濃厚接触者は12例とされる。

According to the Beijing Municipal Health Commission’s official Weibo news from, during 14:00 to 24:00 on January 31, there were 17 newly diagnosed cases of pneumonia infected with novel coronavirus in Beijing. Among them, 11 had contact history in Hubei and other provinces, 12 were close contacts of diagnosed cases, 7 were close contacts of diagnosed cases both in Hubei and other provinces, and 1 case had not completed epidemiological investigation.
