指揮センターは、（102）2013年12月31日に確認された第2例の国外からのH7N9鳥インフルエンザ輸入患者(FT#149) が既に昨日夜（1月20日夜） 深刻な重症肺炎と敗血症性ショックにより死亡したが、 この患者は中国大陸江蘇省常州市の86歳男性で、昨年12月末に台湾に旅行できている期間中に発症し確診されたものであると発表した。
当該患者は入院治療の後、 何度もの痰やスワブ及び気管支鏡検査時等に採取検体全てからのH7N9インフルエンザウィルス検査結果は陰性となっていたが、 1月14日に 隔離治療を解除されたものの 肺炎症状は持続しており、 入院治療の甲斐なく昨日死亡した。
指揮センターは、 この患者を確診後、 衛生単位は、 一般の接触者及び濃厚接触者に対する追跡をし、 （家族やガイド、 運転士、 医療スタッフと 同室患者等の） 濃厚接触者の中で関連症状が出たものの測定結果

The command center released the second imported case of H7N9 influenza diagnosed on December 31, 2014 died of severe pneumonia complicated by septic shock in the evening of January 20.
The case (FT#149) was an 86-year-old man from Changzhou city in Jiangsu province, mainland China. He was diagnosed during his stay in Taiwan by the end of December last year.
After hospitalization, the case’s sputum, throat swab and bronchoscopy and other extracts of specimens were repeatedly collected and tested; all the results for H7N9 influenza virus tests were negative. Though his isolation treatment was lifted on January 14, 2014, his hospitalization has been continued due to persistent symptoms of pneumonia, in the end, he died yesterday.
Command Center said, after the case was diagnosed, the health unit continued its follow-up to both general contacts and close contacts. Among them, those who had close contact (including family members, tour guides, drivers, medical staff and patients with same ward) with the patient had negative results of the tests and no infected

該病例於住院治療後， 經多次採集痰液、 咽喉拭子及支氣管鏡檢查時之抽取物等檢體， H7N9流感病毒檢驗 均呈陰性， 遂於1月14日 解除 隔離治療， 惟因 肺炎症狀持續， 住院治療， 至昨日 死亡。
