疾病予防管理センター（以下CDC）は、7月11日、台湾で3月20日に新制度が導入された後、直近7日間（7月05日～ 7月11日）の本土コロナ確診症例（合併症）の日々平均は、本土症例190例となり、前の週の7日間（6月28日～ 7月04日）の日々207例から8.2％の下降； 5月からの本土合併症患者の累計は14,502例となり、うち7,213例（約50％）がワクチン接種3回未満だが、その中でも5,089例（約71％）が1度も接種をうけていなかった。先週（7月02日～ 7月08日）は1日あたり33例が死亡したが前の週（6月25 日～7月01日）の日々死亡者平均45例から27%の下降；新たに増えた死者中、89％に慢性疾患歴があり、57％は3回のワクチン接種未完了者、95％が60歳以上となっていた。最近の流行状況はピーク
