12月27日、 農業農村部は、雲南省農業農村庁から、 雲南省昭通市鎮雄県におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除するとの報告を受け取った。
雲南省昭通市鎮雄県でのASF発生後、 現地は、ASF緊急対応プランと ASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、 封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内の ブタの殺処分完了後 連続6週間以上（なぜ、ここで6週間『以上』としたのかは不明）にわたるモニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。
12月25日、雲南省昭通市農業局は 専門家グループを組織し、 汚染地区に対する現場の評価検収を実施したところ、検収・ 検査結果は 感染地区の封鎖解除規定に符合していたため、 上述のASFは既に消滅しているものと判断された。現地政府は 12月27日00:00時をもって、当該地区の封鎖を正式に解除す

On December 26, 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Yunnan Province mentioning that the epidemic areas of African Swine Fever occurred at Zhenxiong County of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, will be released from the blockade after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreaks at Zhenxiong County of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and detoxifying treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic areas, through spending more than six (6) weeks (Miyamoto’s note: I cannot understand why the cases only required “more than” six weeks while other regions usually spent six weeks only.) of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
On December 25, the Bureau of Agriculture of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, organized expert teams to conduct on-site assessment of the epidemic areas. The results of acceptance tests complied with the relevant regulations on the lifting of the blockades in the epidemic areas being thought the above-mentioned African swine fever has been extinguished. 农业农村部12月26日接到云南省农业农村厅报告，经评估验收合格，云南省昭通市镇雄县非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
云南省昭通市镇雄县非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经6周以上连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
12月25日，云南省昭通市农业局组织专家对疫区进行现场评估验收，验收结果符合关于疫区解除封锁的有关规
