2020年12月16日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例は0例が増えた。 新たな疑似症例1例（東寧市の本土症例）、新たな無症状感染者2例（綏芬河市の本土症例）が増えた（宮本注： 綏芬河市・東寧市・塔河県はロシアと国境を接している地区です）。
2020年12月16日24時までの時点では、現有確診症例11例（東寧市の現地患者2例、綏芬河市の現地患者8例、塔河県の輸入患者1例）、現有疑似症例1例（東寧市の本土症例）、現有無症状感染者5例（綏芬河市現地患者5例）となっている。
疑似症例： 69歳男性。 退職者。 東寧市東寧鎮花園小区在住。 王XXさんと生活を共にしていた濃厚接触者（つまり王XXさんの夫）。 12月16日、専門家が疫学史と臨床症状をもとに、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の疑似症例と診断し、既に定点医療機構に転送され、隔離観察治療を受けている。 関連部門はすでに見つけ出された濃厚接触者とその濃厚接触者の隔離措置を実施し、彼の活動していた場所への週末消毒と封鎖管理を行っている。
無症状感染者１： 45歳女性。 無職。綏芬河市機関区鉄路総合ビル在住。 無症状感染者王XX氏と生活を共にしている濃厚接触者。
無症状感染者２： 58歳男性。 保安員。 綏芬河迎澤麗都小区在住。 無症状感染者劉XXさんと生活を共にしている濃厚接触者。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 16, 2020, there was no (0) newly confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province. There is one (1) new local suspected case (Dongning City) and two (2) new local cases of asymptomatic infection (Suifenhe City). (Miyamoto’s note: the area where infected cases are found are areas at the eastern part of the province which is located next to Russia)
As of 24:00 on December 16, 2020, there are currently 11 confirmed cases (2 in Dongning City, 8 in Suifenhe City, 1 in Tahe County), 1 local suspected case (Dongning City) and 5 local asymptomatic infections (5 in Suifenhe City).
Suspected case: Male, 69 years old, retired, currently living in Huayuan Community, Dongning Town, Dongning City, a close contact of the confirmed case Mrs. Wang XX living together. On December 16, experts diagnosed a suspected case of novel coronavirus pneumonia based on the epidemiological history and clinical manifestations. He has been transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation, observation and treatment.
